Shipping times depend on the marketplace selected at checkout. Typical delivery windows:

  • Amazon: 1–7 business days
  • Flipkart: 2–7 business days
  • Meesho: 3–9 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, holidays, or marketplace-specific logistics.

Return and Refund Policy

Overview
A separate reimbursement program, where customers may submit proof of purchase and feedback about their experience and receive a reimbursement directly from us after verification. This reimbursement does not require returning the product and is processed only through our website, not through any marketplace refund system

Returns

Under our standard return policy, customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their item. Returning the product is completely optional and is not required for receiving a reimbursement under our feedback-based reimbursement program.

If a customer chooses to return the product for personal reasons (unrelated to the reimbursement program), the item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Reimbursement for feedback (optional)

As an optional reimbursement process (separate from marketplace refunds), customers may submit proof that they have posted feedback about the product on the marketplace where they purchased it. This reimbursement is not a replacement for the marketplace’s own refund process and is provided directly by us at our discretion.

To request a reimbursement:

  2. Provide the payment details you prefer for reimbursement (bank transfer details, GPay number, or request an Amazon gift card).
  3. We will verify the submission. Once verification is complete and the submission meets our requirements, we will process the reimbursement using the method you selected.

Important:

  • You do not need to return the product to receive an approved reimbursement under this process.
  • Do not request or accept a separate refund for the same purchase through Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho or any other marketplace refund mechanism — reimbursements offered by us are processed only through our system. Submitting duplicate refund requests to multiple parties may cause delays or cancellations.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at admin@giftraja.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must be in the same condition as received and include proof of purchase.

Refunds & Reimbursement timing

For approved returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our inspection and approval. For approved reimbursements submitted through our website, we will process payment to the method you selected within 10 business days of verification. Please allow additional time for banks or payment providers to post the transaction.
